Have you ever heard of any Saturday without a single party in Nigeria? Ranging from weddings, naming ceremonies, birthdays, launching of books or house, final burial, you just name it.
It has been said that the Yoruba tribes in Nigeria party more often. Truly, they do!. As they celebrate frequently in grand style. It wouldn’t be wrong to say there are different clothes bought for different occasions, some expensive than others.

These set of people are mostly the cream of society. They are seen in elegant attire that wows the eyes. Their tables are filled with mouth-watering meals and drinks. The gifts they collect for buying those expensive clothes shocks a common Nigerian.

2 General Ankara gang
These people buy normal cheap Ankara since they can’t afford the luxury of expensive ones. You know them by what they serve on their table…drinks and 1 plate of food

3 I heard and branched gang (party crashers)
This is the calling of many Nigerian students in school. They will quickly go back to their hostel to wear any Ankara that matches well… All na to collect food

4 Gossip gang
These are the sight-seers. This geng came to do a video recording of those that came, how much they spent, how they danced. People that did not dress well, people that fought during a party… It’s our work ooo… Soft work!

5 For food only (greedy) gang
I don’t know how manage these people do it. They would bring polybags and nylon to collect for themselves, their relatives, and even their dead family members.
